Beef Carpaccio, a thin sliced raw beef, a whisk of lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper and salt. But i prefer the basilic sauce and with parmesan cheese topped on it. Carpaccio is my favorite for entrée, easy to make and it is also light for the tummy. You will find ready-made carpaccio in the supermarket. I used to buy beef tenderloin and ask my butcher to thinly sliced it for me. And at home i freeze them for two hours before serving.
